Volunteering

Volunteers perform a solidary work where their retribution is the feeling of satisfaction they get from donating part of their time, knowledge and skills to help others. Volunteering allows an important cultural and social exchange, where relationships are strengthened and contributes to generate a positive impact on the community.

Our Hospital has spaces dedicated to the collection and processing of blood and its components, fully equipped to provide the best care with quality and safety.

Would you like to volunteer?

There are many options where you can serve others. Volunteers have a wide range of tasks, some of them administrative and most of them patient accompaniment. You may like to share play and companionship activities with some patients and caregivers or enjoy running errands within the Hospital.

As a volunteer you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn new skills.
  • Network with other people.
  • Enjoy the satisfaction that comes from helping and serving others.

What is a volunteer's schedule?

Volunteers donate at least 4 hours of their time per week, Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
