The USER ASSOCIATION of the Pablo Tobón Uribe Hospital is an entity created as an additional mechanism to the User Voice for our patients and visitors to have another alternative to express their comments about our institution.
This organization was constituted as follows:
"The User Association of the Pablo Tobón Uribe Hospital" is established on July 28, 2003. It is a private entity, of unlimited duration, non-profit, which will operate according to Colombian laws and will ensure the quality of service and the defense of the user of the aforementioned Hospital.
It is composed of the users of the Pablo Tobón Uribe Hospital who formalize their entry into it and who are accepted by the Board of Directors of the User Association.

The social participation policy is created with one objective: to involve everyone in the construction, design, implementation, and execution of strategies that contribute to health.
The User Association is one of the channels available to listen to the expressions of our patients, families, visitors, and the community.
