Oncology

Different factors contribute to the increasing prevalence of diseases such as cancer in our society. Factors such as population aging and growth, changes in lifestyle habits, and dietary patterns are some of the reasons leading to a rise in the number of individuals with oncological diseases.
Furthermore, improved access to healthcare services allows for earlier diagnosis and provides better treatment options.
The world is changing, and our hospital is evolving alongside these changes.
In the Cancer Unit of the Pablo Tobon Uribe Hospital, we have a highly specialized team of professionals and advanced technology to diagnose, treat, and support patients and their families on their journey through these diseases.
We offer a range of medical management options such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapy, as well as radiotherapy and both open and laparoscopic surgery.
