If you live outside Colombia, or has been living in another country for at least six months, the international office would assist you. It also applies for people who lives in Colombia but has an international health insurance.

Personally

If you are currently in the country you could come and visit us. Our Hospital is located in the following address: Calle 78b N° 64-240, Robledo Medellin.

HOW DO I DISPOSE OF THE SERVICE?

1. Send your personal data, including your medical record and recent medical exams for evaluation. The more we know, the more efficiently we can make recommendations.

2. If you have health insurance, we will need to know your information. You should confirm coverage details with your insurance company prior to travel. If you do not have insurance, we can discuss your preferred method of payment.


3. If you are accepted you will receive confirmation and an estimate for the treatment. We will ask for your travel availability. It is best to review your travel schedule before calling or e-mailing.

We suggest you wait to purchase tickets, however, until your appointments are scheduled. Most stays will be a minimum of 5-8 working days, although some medical itineraries will require a longer stay. Please give ample time to obtain necessary documentation and keep in mind the following holidays.


4. Let us know if you have any special needs
. The sooner we know, the better we can accommodate them.

5. If you require lodging services, transportation or any other travel arrangements for your stay you will also receive information on it.

6. You must process the documents to entry the country and to leave your place of residence (passport and visa).

7. At the moment the patient arrives to the hospital, the patient must pay ahead of time 100% of the price of the procedures or thru a back transaction. Important: before making the payment, you must announce it because a currency report has to be filled out.

 

8. In the budget that is given to you we specify the covered aspects. Any non specified service, extras or the stay of the patient’s companion will have to be paid additionally
